Section 104 - Regulations

Eight Chapters

To define the general rules of conduct applicable to Sworn Members.

To describe certain legislative requirements regarding the conduct of Employees.

To define the rules of conduct regarding Sworn Members’ appearances before any court, hearing board or official body (each hereinafter referred to as a “Court”) in connection with their official duties.

To define the rules of conduct regarding harassment and discrimination in the workplace.

To regulate off-duty employment of Employees.

To establish a procedure for the preliminary investigation of and notification about Off-duty Incidents involving Employees.

To regulate Employees’ use of Department computers.

To establish guidelines for the assignment, use and maintenance of the Department issued parking placards and permits.
