To define the role, responsibility and operational use of the Department’s Canine Team.

To establish guidelines and define the role, responsibility and operational use of the Department’s Hazardous Devices Unit.

To identify the organizational standards of the Department’s Hostage Negotiation Team, including structure, training, team capabilities and lines of authority, in order to preserve and protect human life through dialogue techniques.

To establish guidelines and define the role, responsibility and operational use of the Department’s Marine Unit.

To establish guidelines and define the role, responsibility and operational use of the Department’s Aviation Unit.
