Four Chapters

To delineate the duties and responsibilities of the Property Control Unit.

To establish procedures for the handling, vouchering and disposition property held by the Department for safekeeping or as evidence.

To establish uniform procedures for taking custody and control of vehicles and their contents for safekeeping or as evidence (“Impounding”).

To establish uniform procedures for the secure collection and disposal of expired and unwanted medication (“Surplus Medication”) from members of the public.
