To establish procedures for the use of Secure Automated Fast Event Tracking Network (SAFETNET).

To provide procedures for Employees to follow with respect to the obligations of the Department’s participation in the management and maintenance of the Westchester County Animal Abuser Registry.

To establish guidelines and responsibilities for the use of automated systems which compare facial images against databases of biometric templates, which may result in a group of potentially matching facial images ranked by computer-evaluated similarity (“Facial Recognition Systems”).
